At any rate, I wish Bush or someone would explain the details of the new, preemptive defense, humanitarian, anti-dictator US war policy. Guess I mistakenly separated "new preemptive defense" policy from "humanitarian, anti-dictator" policy. Perhaps they were all meant to be taken together. If Bush had better explained the details as you suggested, I wouldn't be confused about defining the policy either. Regards, Huey
