Clapper: Thnx for sharing with us...

MANY OF US ARE FRUSTRATED...My thoughts and prayers will be with our troops and with the innocent Iraqis.

I continue to believe this war could (and should) have been avoided.

Sissyboy-

I love that song. I heard it last weekend while driving to Vancouver.

The combination of words, music and Louis Armstrong's voice, make it a work of perfection.

And I think to myself......what a wonderful world!

Indeed.

clappy-

i get that same feeling

"DOES NOT COMPUTE. DOES NOT COMPUTE..."

some time ago, harold picked the songs
he likes best out of all the cd compilations
i made and asked me to put them on a cd
for him. that cd ends with louis armstrong's
'what a wonderful world'.

if elpie were here, he'd say, but it IS a
wonderful world and the universe is unfolding
as it should <bastard guy>.

i'm watching tv with one eye - the capabilities
of the american and british forces are being
described - the various tanks and planes and
bombs and on and on and on comparing them to
what the iraqis have ...

it's gonna be a turkey shoot.

is afghanistan still being bombed?

we never hear anything - see anything about
what is going on there. why?

it's time for a drink, no?

put some hurting music on and i'll ring
the bell.
