What do you say to American families, infected by Saddam's biological weapons, if you were in charge, and you refused to do anything to prevent those weapons from reaching America's shores?

yes, it did, it specifically stated that there were huge amounts of bio and chemical weapons that are not accounted for

yes, it did, it specifically stated that while cooperation is better than none there is very little cooperation from Iraq. And if not for US troops he would not be allowed in Iraq in the 1st place.
