True. You're free to drive whatever car you want to drive? Ain't America great? FREEDOM! Drive your ass off! Market forces will cause the changeover to more fuel efficient vehicles no matter what your paranoid mind is doing over that period of time.

War heros are not traitors. Neither are those who question the motives and performance of Bush. Bush has many flaws. Let's just leave it there for now.

The right-wing uses the words traitor, evil and un-American far too loosely. Against anyone who disagrees with them. What happens is someone truly is a traitor, then the word wont mean anything anymore. Timothy McVeigh was certainly a traitor, but the right-wing never mentions the American who cost more US lives that any, a right-wing reactionary who hated the federal government. Now that the GOP controls the federal government you hear no more anti-government talk. Strange, isn't it? In other words, the only good government is a far right-wing one, which ironically socks it to middleclass people like McVeigh and gives to the very rich.
