I thought that was quite strange, so tried to read up on it and did not find much.

Given the makeup of the new government (more religious), I wondered if his resignation had anything to do with that, like, maybe, he thought that they would not be as secular as he thought was right.

Any news from Turkey and what they are up to? Will they move into Iraq? And did they vote on whether or not they will come on board of the coalition of obliging?

What I meant by coming abroad was do you think they will actually let American troops move through Turkey.
