don't have much short ... I don't see homebuilders going anywhere with rates going up. I think they are past the peak. I'll stay in unless I get stopped out there.

Kinda hard to get scared of a massive rally now -- we've already had an historic one, haven't we??

I've tried several times to make sense of what you just said. I can't. Long GOLD ? Long Equities ? Short ? What ? Very confusing.
