OTOT I read the rather "humerous" writtings of Orville Shell, and decided he was FOS. The purpose of the media, in my opinion, should be to present quantifiable facts and nothing else. The opinions should be expressed only in the editorial page/section. I also read Eric Alterman's opinions, and decided he was also FOS. Consider the "paper" he writes for. The Nation is one the the most liberal biased papers in the US. ..."liberals are fighting a near-hopeless battle in which they are enormously outmatched." I only wish this were true! An offside to all of this, is Dan Rather's facial expression when it was confirmed that GW had defeated algore. This was priceless! To start another donneybrook... I should also explain that I believe that gun control is the ability to hit what you are aiming at. Far right, YES, religious right, NO. Womens rights to choose, YES. Take Care.
