Yep, you got’er alrighty, strange brew huh, trying to pick the cream of the sectors? I was thinking about nickel as well, it might even make a nice shiny silver substitute on which to stamp pretty pictures of eagles with arrows in their claws. It could be time for me to think about joining the Donner party again, but, gotta be careful, the last time I was almost eaten alive.

I figure that gold is going to show a bottom that is firm enough to crack an egg on as I used to say about a girlfriend in the long ago time.

Happy Trails,
Lenny

I appreciate your comments on base metals, particularly since I positioned myself for such a development a few weeks ago. First Quantum (FM.TO, copper) has a chart that is a thing of beauty. They put out a release on financing this morning, involving the AIG African Infrastructure Fund. Falconbridge (FL.TO) and Teck Cominco (TEK.B.TO) have gotten whacked recently but are recovering quickly. Those are the "bases" that I have been covering...would like to hear about others. I liked what I heard about Canico (nickel) at PDAC but would be interested to hear opinions on them. I saw a post from E. Andrews from a few months ago which referred to them as "a joke".
