Thanks for the info. Are you sugggesting that it isn't enough to affect German policy? Or do you think it has an impact? Not to suggest that in Germany's case it's a major factor the way I believe it is with the French, who have signed potentially multi-billion dollar contracts with Saddam which now are almost certainly worthless. What seem to you to be the major reasons Germany didn't support the US in the UN?
