Cut out 100% of the pork and beans and run the country on a cash basis only. Just like common people must do when they can't make ends meet. It will be tough as nails in the beginning but after a few years it will be smooth sailing. But it will never happen because "we the people" keep reelecting "porky the pig"...both liberal and conservatives!
