Borb,
if it's government intervention it would reverse soon. I think it's the strengthening US-$ due to the fact that the gulf War III just began.. And the Euro should weaken on its own because of the current state of affairs in the Euro political zone (which is agony or similar). So yes, I think this time it's the market..
