Pass Billy your bong, Bobbo. In 2000, we had to import power from other states after power companies based in Texas and North Carolina shut down power generators located in California for "maintenance". Not to mention the fraudulent clogging of our power grid that prevented us from moving power inside the state. I don't want a refund. What I do want is fairly renegotiated long-term power contracts, trading regulation, a nationwide halt to deregulation, and prosecution. I am destined to get everything I want, Bob. Iraq won't save GWB. But, I am very happy we are saving Iraq.
