Agree. The GOP has an easy job of advertising in 04. I liken these democrats to a suicide bomber that in his haste to attack the enemy blows himself up in his own neighborhood taking many of his fellow terrorists with him.

Why Kerry will win. I debated a Vietnam Vet today about politics. He's a typical swing-voter. Billcap Joe Sixpack middleclass guy. Making a big noise at the gym about those lousy war-protesters. Used to be Democrat, then got mad at Clinton, now supports Bush on the war but is liberal on some social issues.

I asked him about Kerry and he said "Kerry is a great man with a great record". He also came out against the Vietnam War after he got home because he said "it was a mistake".

I asked him if he would vote for Kerry if he thinks he's so great. He said "if the economy doesn't improve". But for now he is behind Bush, especially on this war mainly because of 9-11. However he didn't know Bushies were trying to cut Vets benefits and shove through tax cuts for the rich during this war, trying to sneak it by. That made him mad. He admitted he was a lot better off four years ago too and wanted to be again. He also said Kerry would have to moderate his views, no old-fashioned liberal programs. Sounds like a done deal. Wont be easy, but Kerry win will.
