True...but I don't seem to recall the US sending in the troops in 1988, and I don't seen to recall the US having any moral problems or quandries when the Iraq Iran war was a modern test bed of chemical warfare. As a matter of fact, the only time the US or the west really seemed to care was when he grabbed the oil fields in kuwait.......go figure.
