As another of the Canadian silent majority, I can only concur with Elizabeth Brown's sentiments. I would like to add a thank you to the USA for taking care of the Canadian silent majority in the absence of any true leadership from our politicians.

As a Canadian I felt great pride in our country twenty odd years ago, when our Conservative government of the day assisted our American cousins by bringing home some of your hostages in Iran. Today I only fell shame at what our present Liberal government has done, or rather not done.

Unfortunately there is no democracy in the region of Canada where I live. Eastern Canada elects our federal government. They seem to prefer the ilk of of the present lot in Ottawa. The vote of citizens in Western Canada is irrelevant in the process. We do not live in a democracy.

Please help us! We need to be liberated!

Adios,

Kowboy

P.S. I live in Alberta. We have lots of oil. Millions of barrels a day. I don't know if that makes a difference but it should at least make it profitable.

P.P.S. You don't need to worry about the Canadian Army. We really don't seem to have one.
