As you can see by the attached chart and spread sheet we are just now seeing oil prices that are at par with the 2003 dollar deflator and this is only because of the nice devaluation of the US dollar.
We are finally makin progress and oil prices are still cheaper then they were on an adjusted basis then they were in the early 80's.
Still the best deal around gallon for gallon.
Do you have the that link on water prices, inflation adjusted of course?
