In what way is he a bad ex-Pesident? ALL public figures have their detractors. But how do you feel Ex-President Carter has failed as a private citizen?

I must be honest...you are the first person I have ever heard condemn Ex-President Carter as a private citizen. Still...I am certainly willing to hear your evidence that he is a bad "Ex-President".
