No. That is not even being discussed. Parliament passed a bill on US using Turkish air space, not troop deployment.

so, it's a very powerful signall to all political leaders around the world (or at least the tyrannical ones like Chirac.. :0)

What signal? Saddam ate a bomb and exploded and that is a signal meaning...?

And what "tyrannical leader"? To the best of my knowledge, Chirac is doing what more than 80% of his public wants him to do, unlike Blair and Aznar.
