No, not "just prejudice." One can make judgements based on study that doesn't require a visit to the area in question. If I attribute the discrepancy to "race", then you may call it prejudice. One may get worldwide satistics on literacy and higher education without traveling. I will admt that I sometimes blur historical results with the contemporary situation. I am not concerned with contemporary comparisons with Western Europeans because there is only remnant communities of Jews there.

I don't believe the Commision's report indicated that Sharon knew what was happening and did nothing. Hence my "should have." You have the opportunity to prove me wrong with a dirct quote from the testimony. Until you do, repetition of both viewpoints is not useful.
