If you actually read what I wrote, which it seems as though you didn't based upon your response. I said that Presidents have been abusing their power to get us involved in wars for decades and I specifically mentioned that Clinton abused that power. I'm not concerned with which party is abusing that power. I am concerned that Presidents for decades both D and R haven't been following the Consitutional mandate that the power to declare war rests with Congress.
