remove france veto power from the U.N. for abusing its veto power in the face of a clear, monetary, conflict of interest that is the only possibility of saving the U.N. they should have said they would abstain because of their conflict of interest well, actually they should have wholeheartedly endorsed enforcement of U.N. 1441
