Hi Harry:

We'll I've really just been sitting on the sidelines. Too busy to trade and watch stocks and missed this run completely (or almost completely).

Either this is the start of a bull move where we'll have a retest or its just a bear market rally. I really don't mind not being in this run.

On RMBS of course I follow it closely and am waiting to see if it can breach the $12.4 area. I thought breaking $13.5 would move it to the next box with $15 as a top but its volume since retesting $12.4 has been light. Normally once market turns it should drop harder. Not sure if it sees single digits.

Once the review decision on the appeal is either agreed to be reviewed or denied the stock will move. I will bet on a denial where the stock will bust resistance in $15 to $16 area and head towards 30. If there is a review the stock retests $7 area.

Since the review should not encompass the fraud overturn but more on the patent which all 3 judges were in agreement on the odds favor rmbs.
