Gustave, Erosion of authority is now well underway in Iraq. I suggest you and the other skinheads get out of Baghdad right away. Beginning to look like a command and control building fell on Saddam after all. Now his two sadistic children have to fight it out with each other for control of a failing empire. The other rats are fleeing. Meanwhile the natives of Umm Qasra are dancing in the streets. At best your concern for the common Iraqi is misguided, at worse it is disingenuous. Have a nice weekend. :-)
