dvm - the bear assumption was wrong. Just like the bull assumption was wrong that there we would not have a 3rd straight down year

Just like the bull assumption was wrong that you can't fight the fed, back in early 2001.

In the stock market, you are either right or wrong. The only time you are neutral is when you are not in the market.

Will you still be posting here when markets go lower than the October low, or will you go into hiding?

What ever happened to the bear assumption that once the bombs drop this time, unlike in '91, the market will tank?

The big pre war rally is evidence of belief in this. I've seen the reports the hedge funds threw everything they had into the pre war rally. I've seen the Fed statement of supporting any weakness in this war market. It's all a pump job. They're playing us for fools. This is not the result of free markets. It's a manipulation. Now to see how things go. So far, the private investors at large, have not fallen heads over heels over this pump job.
