The Bush administration seems to have a lot of intelligence like this. My question is, is this just background noise that has always been there or some real, heightened danger.

My feeling is that most is just noise, but the administration knows that if they have information that they don't reveal and later on there is a real attack, then they will be crucified for not revealing it. So we get everything.
