i have several banker and mortgage originator friends who have been in the business 30 + years and they say they have never seen anything like it as far as the continuous refi's. They can not keep up. They are working until 10 at night to keep the paperwork process moving. I am not kidding about 3 refi's in the last year with many clients. Inflation is dead ahead. CRB gave a whiff of that. Now that oil has come down CRB has pulled back. Inflation as measured by the FIG has been in an uptrend for some time. Business are going to have pricing power to raise prices again as confidence builds.
