I not only answered your question with the first sentence, but I further embellished it with the second. Yes I believe he has faithfully told the truth during his reign as President. I can, however, understand that there are people who have no integrity who don't consider that important. And others of the same affliction who don't consider that conceivable. Which are you, Doug?
