Yes, the reading has coincided with every major top (or very close in price/time) in this bear. Its often early though but the main thing is that the market does not go much higher, it can hang around at these high levels for weeks though. It is a measure of unbridled frothiness. And I apologize, it is actually a 40-hour MA not a 10-hour. All I am really trying to say is this reading is telling me this is NOT the '1' of 'C'. The last 5 occured in early Jan 2002, Early March 2002, mid August 2002, mid November 2002, early to mid Jan 2003 and now.
