Why can't you hold accountable the drive of the bulldozer? He and his superiors are guilty of murdering an American citizen and you imply it was her fault. Was it Daniel pearl's fault he got his throat slit in Pakistan because he was investigating al queda? You loose all moral rational for your other positions if you think so.
