French President Jacques Chirac just missed another opportunity to shut up, as he put it to the Eastern Europeans.

The EU is hopelessly divided and until France makes up with Briton he should be more diplomatic when speaking on Iraq.

<<French President Jacques Chirac has warned he will not accept any UN resolution allowing the United States and Britain to administer post-war Iraq.>>

Amazing, he thinks he has any say in the matter. Chirac is like an annoying fly.
