There is more of a chance of the Arab dictatorships opening up some of their vast resources for a Palestinian state. There is more of a chance of the dictatorships recognizing Israel's right to exist. There is more of a chance for the Arab dictatorships taking a fair and balanced approach to the Israel/Palestinian problem. In other words........ NONE!
