Well if you really want someone who swore under oath that clinton did not lie under oath. I do wonder at what you concept of honesty is. That was a test of truth or lie under pressure. Under oath it's quite like mr. bill. In fact I see no difference at all. It's all about the meaning of is I guess.

Lieberman is part of the rape of and character assassination of Miguel Estrada. Someone who can support the public lying about an American citizen has an identical moral equivalence to mr. bill.

At a glance that looks ok, but Lieberman is beholden to the abortion industry, he lied and flip flopped so much during the last campaign that I don't think he could ever be dressed up enough to make the GOP happy.

Annan has not hesitated to tackle other controversial issues. Opening the 1999 General Assembly, he spoke in favor of "humanitarian intervention," stating explicitly that national sovereignty could no longer shield governments that massively violate human rights of their citizens. Many developing countries, fearing that only weaker states would face such response, reacted negatively, but Annan has persisted in raising this issue, acknowledging the UN Charter's contradictions between sovereignty and human rights. In another controversial field, Annan increasingly spoke out about how economic sanctions against Iraq were causing the UN to be blamed for the humanitarian crisis facing the Iraqi population.

I guess Goofy Annan forgot his statement during the 1999 opening of the United Nations. He had the guts to say today "that UNMOVIC is still responsible for disarming of Iraq".

Unbelievable!! Ken
