But they will increase attacks if we become more aggressive against them. I use Israel as an example. No one strikes them harder and yet no one receives more attacks. I really didn't believe that Saddam was a threat to the US. He certainly wasn't a great guy either but I think we could have contained him without this war. I have Palestinian friends that claim the people will tear him apart if and when his bodyguards defect.
