It is not too hard to see that the neocon imperialist agenda is entering into a phase of irrational exuberance. The path of this phase is beginning to leave a trail of destruction. As the stock market peaked, more and more components of the psychological underpinnings of exuberance began to falter until the aggregate perception of "health" in the markets was too low to sustain values. Unfortunately this, the neocon imperialistic manifestation of a bull market is charted in human life not just dollars.
