Ork: You may be right short term. But one must entertain the notion going forward that the Nasdaq and NDX are washed out and that is what appears, at first blush, to be relative strength at local bottoms but then turns out to be nothing at local tops.

The Nasdaq 50 dma is flattening out.

I completely agree with you. Take a look at what some of the "name" funds hold and you can see they are still tied up in high-beta stuff...they've got to chase performance and the easiest way to do it is with movers.
