greg, I see little difference between a 2 ton nuke and a 2 ton conventional explosive, save the smaller size and radiation scattered by the small nuke.

Of course, you only use them against those who do not have them, less they escalate. Hard to escalate with conventional bangers.

That the folks at PNAC who are running this show deem the use of nukes whenever they please to be acceptable is not at all comforting.
