lots of ways to look at that. my WAG is we flatten out here, dip, then make a run to (a bit) beyond the yellow band before coming down. moves this powerful - for whatever they happen - don't fade in one shot. isn't there an old cliche about buying the first drop from a top? afterwards, i still expect to see a dow beginning with a 5 before the end of the year. i think that will make the bottom in absolute terms, though we will drop more over the years in inflation-adjusted terms.
