Kerry is by far a stronger candidate than Lieberman, though Lieberman is a hawk who supports war 100%. Kerry has the ability to sweep moderate and especially female and young moderate-liberal voters nationwide, plus millions of veterans (whose benefits Bush is trying to cut) and of course everyone to the left of Bush which is a majority. Dont let Bush's war approval ratings fool you. Unless he fights a war every six months he cannot sustain this. The economy, stupid. No president has ever been er-elected with an economy even close to as bad as Bush's. Prior to commencement of war polls were showing Bush very weak. That will resume again in a month or two.
