The Russians, Belgians, French, Germans, are really jealous of America, and deeply pissed off that we are doing what they don't have the ethics or the will, OR THE POWER, to do. They want to use the UN as a proxy for their lack of authority.

Russia has always been a crappy, incompetent, warlike, greedy, ignorant nation. Nothing has changed for them.
