I think there is already evidence of the outlawed weapons, in that they have apparently fired Scuds at Kuwait.

I don't think the rest of the moderate world would agree with the comparison of Afghanistan and Iraq. There are plenty of governments that are going to be plenty glad that Saddam is gone.
