I taught many from the UAE and Kuwait at a school in Florida (1985)and detasseled corn with Iranian students (very radical) back in 1975. I also dated a girl from Turkey. I made friends and got many invitations to visit their countries. I like many things about their culture. The music and food, the art. However, one thing that worried me was statements made by some that Hitler was justified in killing the Jews. The blind hatred and no willingness to compromise was disturbing.
