there was overwhelming evidence that Noriega was behind some of the most ruthless drug cartels, which were primarily damaging to the US (as opposed to the ROW). If the US could prove SH really aided in the 911 attacks and al Quieda then maybe the reaction within the US and the world would be more like the Noriega case. But we never found a connection, nothing. Like I said on this thread, if we can deliver solid evidence after this war of WMDs then all will be forgiven. Without it, then this mess was about oil and that is certainly not ok.
