The gold price is $326 therefore gold did not stay above $330 and consequently the bull market is not strong.

Anyway, in my own opinion, the price pattern is very unappealing.

The reversal spike associated with a $60 fall in the gold price and falling stochastics can, in my opinion, hardly be the cause of confidence that the gold price is about to do anything dramatic on the upside. And this, in association with an upturn in the USD

In fact, I would not be surprised to see POG at $300 in 6 months time, or so.
