"What I suggested was, if this war completes, and Iraq uses no WMD or attempts any terrorist activity in the USA, for me, it would mean Iraq was not capable of doing either, or never intended to do either."

Well, you could be right, or it could be that Sadaam and/or his kids are hurt or dead and/or unable to communicate and/or that the warnings of the U.S. to Iraqui commanders are what has deterred their use. As for the lack of terrorist activity, it looks like the U.S. and others have done a good job of damaging the networks as they have not been able to get much done. Hope I am right about the last.

There was a commentator on one of the cable networks that I saw about a month ago. He claimed that the Bath party is fanatical about keeping records and maintains them in highly secure areas in triplicate. If this is true and we don't destroy the evidence with "shock and awe" (what a dumb name) we may learn much about his capabilities and his WMD.
