Raymond, I stand corrected. It's even worse than I thought because it means that every decision Cheney has made as V.P. that bears on the oil business is in conflict of interest. I'm surprised the news media hasn't jumped on this. Imagine if Clinton or Gore were getting paid salary from any other organization than the government while they were still in office. The media and their Republican owners would have been all over them. Art
