Not mine, though.

The odds of a nuke going off on US soil is low. The most likely source of a terrorist getting hold of a nuke was out of the Ukraine....As you probably don't know, Bush couldn't come up with $1M to secure those weapons and turned to Ted Turner. Remarkable, Ted Turner has contributed more to reduction of that threat, then Bush....he couldn't come up with a lousy fricking $1M....he had to ask Ted Turner. Amazing.
