Agreed. I think its very possible if not probable that funding, housing or any of a number of minor yet still supportive exchanges took place.

Much more than lack of a smoking gun. A lack of any credible evidence at all to suggest a link between 9/11 and Al Quaeda. So far, no hard evidence of chemical weapons either. We were also lied to about a nuclear capability.
