Let's stay rational here, ok? Who ever said that obviously irrational forces require rational reasons for acting? SadDam took over Kuwait. NK sends sinister messages relentlessly. Some war protesters like to lie down in the middle of public roads, probably blocking the progress of individuals who agree with them on issues. None of this is rational, IMO, but this sh...stuff happens in reality, and this is a fact to be rationally accepted and acted upon as is appropriate.
