The domino theory in the Middle East assumes a lot. For one thing, Arabs see mushroom clouds in Baghdad and hate us. Iraqis will cheer though, at last many of them. As for democracy, don't count on it any time soon. The majority in Iraq are Islamics we cannot trust. Can't let them vote. Will be more like Afghanistan with our puppet in power. We're been grooming a few of them to lead the new Iraq. They may however turn out to be greedy opportunists fronting for American interests. If they are then the Middle East will still hate us. But no doubt Iraqis are better off without Saddam. No doubt at all.
