Well I don't know of any example you can point to to demonstrate what you mean. I will observe that I've seldom seen you able to separate fact from fantasy. And reality TV seems to be very popular.

Even the best documentary was a mockumentary, "Bowling for
Columbine"

LOTR was fantasy but you didn't go so you could talk to the characters. It had morality which sets it apart from liberal thought.;)
